A tried and tested means of achieving the association’s objectives has always been the expansion of political and media visibility in order to use the strength of our BEM network, consisting of the heads of the industry and the most innovative companies, to shape a New Mobility in the industrial and socio-political way we envisage.
Of course, this also includes visibility in a wide range of print and online media, on the radio, on TV and on YouTube. In recent years, the Federal Association has been present in various media with specialist articles, interviews, commentaries and quotes and is a sought-after dialogue partner for political discussions, keynote speeches and background talks.
We – and all other players in this environment – bear a great responsibility towards our recipients, who get to know and understand the topic of new mobility through our form of reporting.
With the BEM magazine NEUE MOBILITÄT and our various online media, we have made a real contribution to education, information and positive coverage of the topic of electromobility in recent years – both at a political and societal level. 1. 1st place in the PR magazine press position test
Great joy. In its press position test, PR Magazin asked automobile clubs and industry associations for facts and assessments on electromobility in Germany. The overall result is pleasing. Most press centres work reliably and are rated ‘very good’ or ‘good’. The test winner is the Bundesverband eMobilität, closely followed by the Verkehrsclub Deutschland. Their spokespeople make a first-class impression, from the way they make contact to the quality of the information they provide.
»I am very pleased about the external seal of approval. The BEM has focussed heavily on communication since the beginning of its work. Because we can only really make a difference in the direction of New Mobility if we also reach the wider society with the topics of our member companies«, explained Juliane Ahrens, who is responsible for press and public relations at the BEM.

In cooperation with companies in the industry, we regularly publish special editions of NEUE MOBILITÄT on a variety of topics.
